We use quality glass and OEM-approved urethane, we tell you the real safe drive-away time, and if your vehicle has a camera behind the windshield we recalibrate it properly instead of hoping for the best.
On the building side, we measure your actual opening rather than assuming it is square, and we install what we fabricate. No subcontractors.

Boring’s Glass Co. opened in Moultrie in 1919. Model T windshields, storefront plate glass, farm equipment, and now cameras and sensors bonded to laminated glass — the material changed, the standard did not.
A century in a town this size only happens one way: you do the work right, you quote honestly, and you answer the phone when somebody calls back. Everybody here knows everybody. Your reputation is the only thing you actually own.

Common questions
Does insurance cover my windshield in Georgia?
If you carry comprehensive coverage, windshield damage is usually covered. Georgia does not have a law forcing insurers to waive your deductible, so what you pay depends on your specific policy — many policies do cover chip repair at no cost to you. When you call your carrier to open the claim, they will ask which shop you want. Ask for Boring’s Glass Company — you are not required to use the national chain they suggest. We are an approved provider with most major carriers, so they will send us the claim information directly and we will handle it from there.
How long does a windshield replacement take?
Most windshield replacements take about 60 to 90 minutes in the shop. If your vehicle needs ADAS recalibration afterward, plan on another hour or so. We will tell you the safe drive-away time before you leave.
Can you come to me?
Yes. We run mobile service across South Georgia — your driveway, your workplace, or the field. We need a reasonably level spot and, ideally, shade or cover. Some ADAS recalibrations have to be done in the shop, and we will tell you upfront if yours is one of them.
Do you do more than auto glass?
We do. Custom frameless shower enclosures, mirrors, insulated window glass, tabletops and cut-to-size glass, and commercial storefront and glazing work. Auto glass is what most people call us for, but glass is glass.
